SOURCE: Part number for oil filter for a 1996 Harley. I like the long chrome filter for the Softail Custom or Dyna series bikes. The part number is 63813-90. The factory specifies the use of 20W50 weight oil and of course, they recommend their Sny3 synthetic oil.
